The Best Toy Story Costumes You Can Wear?

What an incredible story line. Toys that are alive and have a community of their own? The popularity of these toy characters was so overwhelming that websites and stores began marketing the toy story costumes and these were an incredible success. At Halloween and parties for children or adults you would always find one of these characters.

When the movie came out in 1995 no one knew Sheriff Woody. No one knew that Buzz Lightyear would try to supplant him in the eyes and love of Andy. That evil menace, jealousy enters the stage. In trying to get rid of Buzz, they both disappear but must find a way back before Andy moves without them. Buzz and Woody form an alliance to get home trying to avoid the toy killer, Sid Phillips.

The fiendish toy collector in the 1999 release kidnaps Woody. Buzz comes to his rescue. In this story Woody unfortunately has his arm broken but to the relief of all it is repaired. They have a lot of adventures, Woody is rescued, and they are back home safe with Andy at the end of this movie.

Toy Story 3 is to be released this year. The projected release is the summer of 2010. Andy is off to college and the toys are left on their own to have new adventures.

At the moment toy story costumes that are available are Sheriff Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Cowgirl Jessie, Rex, Bo Peep, Alien, and the Green Army Man. Some of these are available for all three groups of client, toddlers, children, and adults. There are some items not included in the different packages such as bandanas, hats, and guns.

Most of them are washable as the material is polyester. The package usually comprises of a jumpsuit and then there are optional items like makeup and footwear. As an example for a Buzz Lightyear costume you will receive a jumpsuit, a hood that is detachable, a jet pack, glowsticks, and boot covers. All of these are quite realistic and fun to wear.

To be Woody, you wear a red bandana and a super vest with a black satin back and a star attached to the vest. There is a long sleeve shirt with lovely buttons that have a pearly look. Included in this package is a pair of jeans with an elastic at the back of the waist and an incredible pair of faux suede chaps attached to the jeans. To complete this outfit just buy the hat and the belt and holster.

The Cowgirl Jessie outfit consists of a jumpsuit that has a western belt attached to it. The cow-print chaps and cuffs are very stylish as is red hat and hair bow. The super cowgirl boots do not come with this package but they really finish it off.

Cute little Bo Beep has a pink and blue dress. There are blue bloomers and a hat and staff. The smart little shoes are not included. The outfit should not be washed as there is quite a lot of trim so it should be spot cleaned.

The Alien costume consists of a blue, polyester jumpsuit that closes in the back with Velcro. There is the Pizza Planet logo on the chest of the suit. A foam belt and a poly-foam character mask with 3 eyes, ears and an antenna are part of this zany outfit.

The incredible success of these films has generated a fantastic market for toy story 3 costumes. The new release may introduce new characters with costumes that may be popular. Some new characters already have their outfits on the market.
